Security Force Training
Our training programs for your security force are designed to raise their professionalism and efficiency on the job. Private Security Dynamics, Premise Security and Applications, Security Management and Supervision and Investigative Security are four programs offered as forty hour certificate courses.
Private Security Dynamics
This course provides a firm foundation of the security industry, knowledge of the duties and responsibilities involved in the security officer’s daily operations and the legal responsibilities faced by private security officers. Some of the topics stressed are; professionalism and ethics, customer service and skill sets important to the security officer.
Premise Security and Applications
In this course students are exposed to all the aspects of physical security. Technological, physical and behavioral deterrents are examined. Students will get hands on practical demonstrations of technology and how to use it for premise security. Premise security applications for various structures will be emphasized in this course.
Security Management and Supervision
In this course security management methods, as they apply to a security program, will be studied. Additional topics include; threats to security, risk analysis and planning. Security force management and supervision are covered as well as supervisory skills.
Investigative Security
Investigative methods and techniques will be studied in this class. Investigation management and legal responsibilities will also be discussed. Students will participate in a surveillance exercise to apply those skills learned in class.
